What sets me apart from other agents? The answer to that is really three fold:
I’m not just an agent. I’m also a Realtor with additional certifications that add value when working with my clients. There are many requirements to obtain and maintain this designation, but what is most important is that I am held to an elevated set of standards in operating business. Essentially, I promise to put the needs of my clients before my own. Unfortunately, not all agents are Realtors.
My financial background. I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Baltimore, where I studied Finance and Business Administration. Working in the financial services industry for 10+ years, I understand the ramifications of incomplete contracts and financial documents. Although my favorite part of real estate is the people I meet, I take pride in my ability to get the tedious admin side of the deal squared away so that my clients are well taken care of.
I come from a place of true experience. Having been through the home purchasing and selling process numerous times myself, I understand that the purchase or sale of your next home is likely one of the largest transactions of your lifetime. I was fortunate to have experienced representation on my side to guide me through the process and saw so much value in it, that I wanted to work in the business myself. I wanted to use my strengths and skills obtained in the corporate world and make a difference in people’s lives. I’m doing just that and can’t imagine doing anything else.
